Chevrolet has debuted 2 new concept cars at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, MI. The Code 130R and the TRU140S are the latest vehicles that Chevrolet will market to the millennial generation.
Both cars will earn about 40 miles per gallon with 1.4-liter turbo 4-cylinder engines. They are both considered mild hybrids with eAssist and will not be electric powered. GM also hopes to integrate WiFi, MyLink, and heads-up display into the concepts.
The Code 130R is a four-seat coupe that has rear wheel drive. The concept had 20-inch wheels and a six-speed automatic or manual transmission.
The TRU 140S is smaller than the 130R and has front wheel drive. It is a very aerodynamic car that has an exotic flair. The TRU 140S is based off of the same platform as the Chevrolet Cruze and Volt.
